We act as a management company to the funds which provide litigation finance to meritorious claims. We hand pick cases which demonstrate good merits and healthy investment to recovery ratios. So far we have funded several cases.

We principally focus on cases which have some connection with Common law countries but our remit is not limited and we welcome interest from across the globe.

We invest in a variety of case types (e.g. fraud and conspiracy, general commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, enforcement of judgments and awards).
